LODGING
We will be sleeping in classrooms at the church so you will need to bring bedding. There are separate showers available for guys and girls. Guys and girls will be sleeping in separate ends of the building.

DROP OFF
Students will need to be dropped off at Christian Assembly (door C) by 6:30pm on Wednesday, June 12th, with all their stuff. Registration starts at 6:00pm. (Christian Assembly is located at 4099 Karl Road, Columbus 43224.)

PICK UP
Students will need picked up at Christian Assembly at 11:00pm on Saturday, June 15th. Some youth groups may have different arranged pick up times. Check with your youth pastor for details.

MEALS
All meals are included in the cost. We will eat breakfast before we go out for the day. Sack lunches will be provided for lunch. Dinner will be served in the evening once everyone is back from the afternoon outreach. If your student has dietary restrictions please let us know by June 7th, 2024.

 

WHAT TO PACK
Bible, pen, paper, notebook or journal, sunscreen, bathing suit (one piece for girls), sunglasses, towel, long pants, work gloves, tennis shoes (or other hard sole shoes), hat or cap, camera, toothbrush and toothpaste, DEODORANT!!!!! Bring spending money (if you want to, just in case- but you wont need it), any necessary prescribed medication, personal hygiene products, air mattress (optional), pillow and sleeping bag (we will be sleeping on the floor at the church!!) and any special gifts you would like that could bless the people/kids we will serve.

 

SUPERVISION & TRANSPORTATION
Students will be lead and transported by trusted adult youth leaders to all off site locations, so don't worry they'll be in great hands!

SCHOLARSHIPS

We don't want money to stop anyone from being a part of what God will do this week so if money is an issue please talk to your youth pastor and we will do our best to work it out.
